Kim Command: Use specialty crafts websites to sell your designs-Detroit free press

Q: I Knit sweaters in my spare time. Is there a way to sell them online?

Reply: You can go with a specialty crafts Web site as Etsy. Or you can use a general selling site such as eBay. Either will work, even though the craft sites will attract your target audience. I would use social network sites to the placing on the market.

Q: I am looking at buying an HDTV. I have seen a couple with a 2,000: 1 contrast ratio. But other TVs have 1, 000, 000: 1 contrast ratio. Why is there a difference?

A: Contrast is the difference between a screen darkest blacks and brightest whites. The number of changes on the basis of how black and white is measured. 2,000: 1 shape is actually good. Somewhat higher than is often a dynamic contrast ratio. This measures tv black level with the display in standby mode. That does not reflect accurately the contrast ratio during use. Not weigh contrast ratio numbers much heavy in their decision to purchase.

Q: I own a Sony Reader e-book reader. But I am confused about where to buy e-books.

A: Your first stop should be Sony's Reader store. You can find many titles that are compatible with your reader. Sony's e-readers supports the ePub format, so you can find compatible e-books Barnes and Noble, borders, Apple and most other stores. The main exception is Amazon, which sells e-books in its proprietary AZW format. Sony readers also support PDF and TXT files. These are also available in many online stores.

Q: my husband recently died. He had a subscription with an identity protection service. Should I cancel it?

A: Cancellation protection immediately would be wise. Identity thieves tend to come out of the woodwork after a death. First, you must contact the three credit-reporting agencies: Experian, Equifax and Trans Union. They can freeze your husband credit. Inform your bank and medical insurance companies service provider (ISP). And make sure funeral home spoke to the social security administration. When all these organisations are informed, you can stop paying for protection.

Q: is there a way to right click on a Mac?

A: This is called a secondary Click on a Mac. The simplest way, that it is holding down the CTRL key while you click. You can also click New led and MacBook Pros, with two fingers instead of one. If you are using an Apple mouse, activate the secondary click. by clicking the Apple logo, then system settings. Now click mouse. You should see an option to enable secondary click.
