The CAN-bus interface supports CANopen protocols for the target markets such as industrial automation, transportation, vehicles, and building automation.

Matrix-522, the new design of Linux ready ARM9 of industrial box computer is of an ATMEL AT91SAM9G20 400 MHz ARM9 CPU and equipped with 64 MB SDRAM and 128 MB NAND Flash memory. Also integrated in the matrix-522 two isolated CAN interface, two 10/100 Mbit / S Ethernet, and two serial RS-232/422/485 interfaces. Matrix-522 is pre-installed with Linux 2.6.29 OS and BusyBox utility collection.
